• CV submissions: Name, email, profession, specialty, country, CV file
• Job alerts: Email, profession, country, category
• Employer submissions: Organisation, contact name, email, job details
• Contact enquiries: Name, email, message
• Technical: IP address, browser type (essential cookies only by default)

Legal Basis

We process data on the basis of: (a) your consent; (b) legitimate interests in operating a job platform.

How We Use Your Data

• Matching candidates with remote healthcare opportunities
• Sending job alerts you have signed up for
• Responding to contact and employer enquiries

Data Storage

Data is stored in CSV files on our Hostinger hosting server. CV files are stored in a non-public directory. We use HTTPS. No data is sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Retention

CV and candidate data: 12 months. Job alerts: until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email hello@medicaljobs.pro to exercise any right.
